What payment methods can students use?
tiptoe works with your school’s payment processor. All payments go directly into your account. We also have a tool you can use in your office to sell tickets with cash, debit, or cheque.

Is there a cost per ticket?
No. Your $1,000 covers everything, hosting, support, ticket delivery, reporting. No hidden fees. You can add a small per-ticket fee if you want to offset costs, but that’s optional and the money goes to you.

Can we collect meal selections or dietary restrictions?
Yes. Set up a dropdown menu with meal options or use a text box for dietary needs. You decide when families answer, before or after checkout.

What if we need help?
We’ll help you get set up, nothing to worry about! The system is simple to use, and we’re available when you need support.
