We are industry veterans who have worked for, with and alongside some of the biggest ticketing software companies in the world, as well as managed ticketing and events for large entertainment clients.
When it came time to evaluate new software to service some of our key clients, the search was exhaustive but nothing really stood out. A long list of software options with high costs, technology limitations and/or branding concerns, left us thinking "there's gotta be something better"
And tiptoe was born.
tiptoe went through a very controlled test year, processing close to half a million tickets before we decided that it was time to make it available to other venues and promoters who, like us, are just looking for something that gives them the control they need over their ticketing.
We're very excited to have you try it out for yourself, to experience the high-end features that we designed to rival the top software options in the industry. The pricing for tiptoe is a simple month to month subscription. There are no contracts and no long-term commitments.
Launch pricing will be $249.00/mo
Post Launch pricing will be $349.00/mo
Those that join us for the launch will have their launch pricing locked in for 12 months.
You can pause your subscription at any time you need. While your subscription is paused, you will retain access to your branded portal along with reporting for all historic events.
When you are ready to start selling tickets again, simply restart your subscription and you will have access to all of the tools that you need immediately.
Yes! While we don't charge you service fees, the capability to program service fees into your event is available.
Whether its required for promoters or venues, used to cover your payment processing costs or simply to add some additional revenue without increasing the ticket price - you have complete control to program as many or as few service fees as you'd like.
The software integrates with Stripe. Stripe is one of the most secure payment processors available for online purchases.
Stripe accounts are quick and easily setup and link to your bank account - and you can start processing payments immediately.

tiptoe is best suited for events or venues who are currently utilizing Eventbrite, TicketWeb or another DIY ticketing provider.
tiptoe is also exclusively for General Admission events and venues. There are currently no plans to build in reserved seating functionality.
